Seller certifies that this dog is registered/eligible with the following reputable Canine Registry:

and all papers will be delivered to buyer in conjunction with delivery or shipping of the above described puppy.

A Deposit must be received within four days of verbal agreement for seller to warranty holding the puppy from sale to another party. Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE unless agreed to in writing prior to receipt by the seller. The remainder of payment in full must be received no less than one week before shipment, delivery, or pick up of the puppy/dog. Acceptable payments forms will be limited to Certified Money Order, Cashiers Check, or PayPal (including 3% handling fee).

Within 24 hours of arrival you may contact us and notify us that you wish to return the puppy. We will arrange for transportation back (at your cost), have the puppy examined by our veterinarian, and if the puppy is in the same health condition as he/she was shipped out in the remainder of the purchase price minus the shipping fees (both ways), vet examination, and deposit.

Otherwise the Seller certifies that this dog is, to the best of her knowledge, healthy at the time of sale. Every precaution has been taken to ensure that your puppy is healthy. Vaccination and de-worming as recommended by my veterinarian will be up to date and recorded for your reference in the included health record booklet that will accompany your puppy. While we make every effort to ensure your puppy is worm free it is impossible to guarantee, therefore we suggest you continue a regular de-worming schedule as suggested by your veterinarian.

Your puppy will be administered a small dose (1/4^th Tsp) of Karo Syrup before shipment to help ease the stress, which we highly suggest you also do upon arrival; However we cannot guarantee against hypoglycemia which can sometimes occur due to the stress of transportation, or adjusting to a new home away for the first time from its mom and siblings.

The buyer is required to have the puppy/dog examined by a state licensed veterinarian within 48 business hours of purchase, at buyer’s expense to validate the warranty;

If the dog being purchased was bred by the seller , and is determined to have a life threatening defect* within 6 months of purchase, seller will replace the puppy with a comparably priced puppy of sellers choice; or at sellers choice refund of sales price minus deposit, boarding (if any), and shipping fees. Shipping of any replacement is responsibility of buyer.

If the dog being purchased was bred by the seller , and is determined to have only one testicle at no less than one year of age due to verifiable genetic defect then seller will refund the price difference between pet and breeding quality to the buyer .

While every effort is made to ensure our dogs are bred from proven healthy bloodlines, no guarantee is given to the temperament, conformation, adult size, or breeding ability of any puppy.

** Life threatening defects do not include accidents, seizures (unless proven to be genetically caused), health conditions caused by improper care, or communicable dieses such as Parvo, Rabies, Brucellosis, mycoplasma, hypoglycemia, or coccidia expressly excluding any items listed as special terms above. All medical and/or rehabilitation bills incurred for this puppy/dog are the responsibility of the owner and will not be refunded by the seller. Written notice of prognosis or autopsy results must be submitted to seller by two separate licensed veterinarians (separate offices, and phone numbers MUST be included) at the expense of the buyer for warranty to be honored.

Seller will not be responsible for housing and care of puppies beyond nine weeks without a boarding fee of eight dollars ($8.00) per day unless agreed to otherwise by both parties in writing and/or due to complications of shipment caused by conditions outside the seller’s control;

If Buyer does not have the money to complete payment of a puppy after it has been withheld from marketing for any period of time or is unable for any reason to complete the sale and take possession of the puppy, seller will list the puppy for sale again at a fair price, and upon final sale refund the paid amount to buyer not including deposit or boarding fees. Seller is not responsible for repaying the lost value due to drop in market value as the puppy aged, or market fluctuations if the puppy resells for less than buyer paid.

If at any time in its life the puppy/dog is to be placed in a new home you may notify Seller and we will be happy to list the puppy/dog on our site to aid you in finding a proper home.

Under NO circumstance is the puppy/dog to be surrendered to a pound, or kill shelter.

This contract is a legal instrument and supersedes all previous agreements whether verbal or written, and is governed by the state of Utah. All legal disputes to this contract must be addressed within the courts of the state of Utah.

Buyer hereby agrees to maintain the puppy/dog in good condition, including adherence to a regular immunization schedule, heartworm preventative, vitamins, good diet, and a clean, safe, loving environment.

The undersigned buyer hereby acknowledges having read the terms of the contract and does hereby agree to abide by each of the provisions set forth above and the full sales price listed below.
